Where are the clothes made?
Kiya Tomlin styles are made in our cozy workshop in Pittsburgh, PA. We are committed to supporting the resurgence of the American apparel industry and are very proud that our products are cut and sewn all in the USA.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all 50 US states and Canada, we are constantly working on expanding more.
How soon do you ship?
We process your order within 2 days of receiving it, sometimes even the same day you order! If an order comes in on a weekend, it will go out the next business day, provided it's not a holiday. Although we have been known to ship on a Saturday if we happen to come into work for something. We ship USPS Priority, which usually arrives in 2-Days, except for California which takes an extra day. We offer faster shipping for an additional charge.
Why don't you offer plus sizes?
Over the years, we have had numerous requests for plus sizes, so in Spring of 2016, we dove in. We offered all of our styles in sizes up to 2X! Unfortunately, they did not sell well, so we had to discontinue sizes beyond XL. We haven't completely given up on extending our sizes, but it is going to take some more work and some more money for us to get it right. In time...
What's the big deal with bamboo?
Long story short...For you, bamboo is amazingly soft! Softer, silkier and faster drying than cotton and drapes beautifully. It's a natural fabric that breathes well, resists wrinkling, resists static and has good moisture absorption. It's cool in the warmer months, and warm to wear in the colder seasons. And it's great for anyone with allergies or skin irritations.
For the environment, bamboo is an incredibly sustainable resource because it grows quickly (only 4-5 years!) and doesn't require a lot of water, care, or pesticides. It even cleans the air while it grows! It's also believed to retain it’s natural anti-microbial properties which help to reduce odor during wear. And bamboo clothes are 100% biodegradable!

Why are the pants so long?
Kiya Tomlin was designed to be worn for a multitude of occasions. Many of our customers like to dress the looks up with heels, so the pants are long enough to accommodate that. Tall ladies, rejoice! (Short ladies... hem).
What is the best way to care for the clothing?
Although most of these items are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage, you'll still want to avoid over-drying. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. To avoid premature stretching, be sure the fabric is completely dry before wearing. Hang and steam to release wrinkles, but store folded. Never hang our styles from the shoulders for an extended amount of time!
Do you offer price adjustments?
