Discount Code

If you received a discount code but forgot to apply it at checkout, don’t worry. As long as the code is still valid, email us with your customer-specific code, and our team will issue a refund for the discount amount. Please note that some codes do have expiration dates.

If you didn’t receive your New Customer discount, try these steps:

1. Make sure you're signed up for both email and SMS.
2. Check your spam/junk folder and confirm you’re checking the same email account you signed up with.
3. Try signing up again in case there was an issue.

Also, keep in mind:
*Discount codes cannot be combined. If you have multiple codes, the system will automatically apply the best one.
*If your code isn’t working, it may have expired.
