HOW IT WORKS:

Click Here to Submit a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account by clicking above: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code and click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click Request return: If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

We have a 14-day return policy. Please initiate your return within that 14-day period in order to be eligible for a refund and pre-paid return ship label. Beyond 14 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping and refunds are issued as a store credit. Returns beyond 90 days will not be accepted.

Purchases made from BFCM through Dec 31 may be returned by January 31 for a refund to your original method of payment when returned in original condition with the KIYA TOMLIN tag. Returns from someone other than the person that made the purchase can be exchanged in store or refunded to a gift card for the value of the item at the time of purchase.

Returns must be in their original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is issued. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded amount. We will provide a pre-paid return label only for orders shipped within the 14-day return window and within United States. If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.

Please note: Gift cards and Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not offer price adjustments.

Altered items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund, but will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.

We are committed to policies that put the environment first. Maintaining low inventory and reduced carbon emissions from shipping are just a few of the ways we address this. We do not offer exchanges for online orders, so please take advantage of our Virtual Size Finder for sizing assistance and style recommendations. In lieu of an exchange, you will need to return the unwanted item(s) and purchase the desired item(s) from our website. We do offer in-store exchanges within 90 days of purchase. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & RETURNS BEYOND 14 DAYS,
please send your return package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.
