Refund policy

Returns for online store credit or refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will be processed less the original shipping charge. Please initiate your return within that 14-day period in order to be eligible for a pre-paid return ship label. Beyond 14 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping and refunds are issued as a merchandise credit. Click here to initiate the return process. Please note, it could take approximately 14 business days from the date we receive your return to reflect on your original form of payment. After 14 days, you should expect to see the full amount of the refund to your credit card or debit card. We will notify you once the refund has been applied.


Undeliverable:
When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to Kiya Tomlin, a full refund is issued for items ordered. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order if the product is still available for purchase.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@KiyaTomlin.us.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sample Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email at info@kiyatomlin.us and send your item to: 388 Butler St, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania US 15223.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of their refund.


Shipping
To return your product after our 14 day return policy, you will need to mail your product to: 388 Butler St, Pittsburgh PA US 15223 using the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.
