Oops! I entered the wrong address.
We cannot edit the shipping and delivery details of any orders once shipped. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to make any changes, and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. We cannot cancel an order or issue a refund for any items that shipped prior to processing your request for changes. Here’s what you can do:

Check with the carrier: If your shipment is in transit, you may be able to request a hold or reroute through the shipping provider. You can track your package and contact the carrier directly. U.S. Postal Service: 1-800-222-1811. UPS: 1-800-742-5877

Check with the current resident: If the address is a valid location, sometimes the recipient will return the package to the sender or hold it for a pick up.

Wait for a Return to Sender: If the package is undeliverable, it may be returned to us. If that happens, we’ll reach out and arrange reshipment to the correct address. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to addresses that have been incorrectly provided to us.
