Order Tracking

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and expected delivery date. If you've ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on origin and availability. (This does not apply to PRE-ORDER items. Orders containing a PRE-ORDER item will ship together when all items become available.) All items ship with a tracking number, and if the items in your order are shipped separately, you'll receive a separate confirmation email with updated tracking information once any remaining items from your order have shipped. At Kiya Tomlin, we do everything we can to expedite all orders but we are not responsible for delays experienced on occasion by couriers once orders have been marked shipped and/or are in transit. 

You can also log into your Kiya Tomlin account, located in the top right corner of the website, to view the fulfillment status and tracking information for your order.

In the event a package is undeliverable (ex: customer fails to pick up order after delivery attempt; or provides incorrect shipping address) and the purchase is returned to Kiya Tomlin, the customer has two options:

1. We can invoice you for the cost to reship the item back to you.

2. You can  receive a refunded for the order, less the cost of the original shipping fee.
