Refund

Once an item authorized for return has been received, inspected and approved, a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction. 

If it has been more than 14 days and you have not received your refund, first reach out to your financial institution regarding the credit. After speaking with your financial institution, if you still have questions, please contact us at info@kiyatomlin.us.
